Event Location
Our event will take place in the Seaside Civic & Convention Center in Seaside, Oregon located at 415 1st Ave, Seaside, OR 97138. Parking is available via street parking or in the public lot adjacent to the Convention Center.
What's the Dress Code?
Suggested attire is business casual. We recommend clothing that makes you feel comfortable as you will be sitting most of the event. We recommend that you should be layered, allowing you to dress up or down as room temperatures can vary.

Join us for a beach bonfire at 2025 Annual Convention!
Join us Thursday evening at 7:30 pm for a beach bonfire! Unwind with us during the NABIP Oregon Annual Convention in Seaside with a cozy evening bonfire on the beach. We’ll be providing snacks, drinks, and s’mores to enjoy by the fire! Don’t forget to bring a beach towel, blanket, or chair so you can relax comfortably. Each registration includes two drink tickets, and additional tickets will be available for purchase at the front desk. The bonfire will take place on the beach in front of the Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort. The entrance to the beach is located at 5th and North Promenade. Directions are available at the registration desk.
Visit the Exhibitors
Visit our exhibitors and win! Collect life preserver stickers by visiting each booth. Once your card is at least ¾ full, return it to the Registration Desk to enter the prize drawings. Drawings will take place throughout the event—must be present to win!
Continuing Education Credit
This program has been approved for 6 hours of CE through Oregon’s NAIC State Based Systems (SBS) and 5 hours of General CE through the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
To receive credit, please follow these instructions carefully:
- Short breaks are allowed, but no partial credit will be given.
- All electronic devices must remain closed during the session.
- A certificate of attendance can be provided upon request for those seeking credit for other professional designations.
For Oregon-Based Licensees:
- Your CE sign-in sheets will be available on a clipboard at each table.
- We will update the clipboards between each presentation to reflect the current session.
- Please ensure you sign in for every presentation to qualify for CE credit.
For Washington-Based Licensees:
- You must sign in and out at the registration desk at the start and end of each presentation — this is required for every presentation.
- You must sign in within 5 minutes of the presentation starting and initial out after the presentation ends. Late sign-ins or early sign-outs will not be accepted.
