Zachary Copeland, Vice President of Sales Northwest Region of Jack Schroeder and Associates
Zachary Copeland is VP of Sales – Northwest Region for Jack Schroeder and Associates.  He has been with JSA now for 5 years.  His experience in the FMO landscape goes back 15 years, helping agents through the entire Medicare-selling process- from Contracting to Marketing, Sales Presentation to Commission Processing.  He is currently a CE instructor in 21 states, including Oregon. 



Sarah Jacobson, MBA, Co-Founder and CEO of FairStreet

Sarah is the co-founder and CEO of FairStreet, a startup powering top independent Medicare insurance agents. FairStreet’s all-in-one platform enables agents to grow efficiently by streamlining the process of enrolling clients into Medicare and supercharging how agents interact with their clients year-round. Before FairStreet, Sarah led technology teams at Square and Stride Health. Sarah completed her undergrad and MBA at Stanford University.

Autumn Edwards, Oregon Manager Medicare Producer with Providence
Autumn Edwards joins us from Providence Health Plan.  She has over 20 years of industry experience and is a self-proclaimed Medicare Nerd.  Her passion is training salespeople.  When not meeting with brokers, you can find her at a tiki bar, national park, or simply at home with her sweet family.

Carole Carlson, Senior Sales Executive with Moda Health
Carole Carlson  has been working at Moda since 2012.    She is the Individual Senior Sales Executive at Moda Health for all lines of individual business in Oregon, Alaska, Texas and Idaho.   She has become known & respected in the industry and thought as of an individual expert in the market through the broker communities. 



Jennica Hayes, Medicare Sales Executive with Summit Health
Jennica has been working at Moda since 2013.   She first started as a Sales Associate for Moda’s inside sales department selling Individual and Medicare plans and later promoted to a Senior Sales Associate.  In 2022, Jennica started a new position for our subsidy company, Summit Health as a Medicare Sales Executive. 

She carries her Individual Oregon, Alaska and Texas health license and has been AHIP (Medicare) certified for over 10 years.  Jennica’s focus at Summit Health is to develop relationships within Oregon’s Medicare external agent/broker community.  Some of her job duties include providing training/development on Summit Health Medicare products.  She continues to remain focused on client and producer relationships which includes participating in product development, marketing and selling of Medicare plans to members and external producers whether it be a direct enrollment or through CMS. 

Jennica is dedicated to continuing her education and staying in tune with all facets of Medicare.  Some of her responsibilities include building the producer roadshow Medicare slides and presenting to appointed brokers, providing feedback on marketing collateral, promoting broker sales through development and training. She supports Summit overall growth and product development. She has well over 15 years of experience in the health insurance industry which includes sales in medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Short-Term Medical, broker development and relationships, training, and marketing. Jennica is a team player.  Jennica enjoys working with the senior population in helping them to understand the ins and outs of Medicare and how it all works.

Darcy Patterson, Oregon SHIBA Field Officer with Oregon Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA)
Darcy Patterson is a Field Officer for the Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) program. In her current position, Darcy administers the SHIBA program, and coordinates and supervises the activities of 22 local SHIBA Program Sponsoring organizations, including approximately 200 SHIBA program volunteers. Prior to her work with SHIBA, she was an eligibility specialist and case manager for Aging and People with Disabilities for 18 years.  She loves to share her passion for advocating for the underserved aging and disabled population.   


Donna Delikat, Former Interim Dir/FO with Oregon Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA)
Donna Delikat, former Interim SHIP Director and Field / Training Officer for the Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) program, has focused her work life on the aging population since 2004.  Since then she has studied Medicare and its related insurances extensively.  She provides training throughout Oregon to groups and individuals, some of whom decide to serve as certified Medicare counselors in their community.  SHIBA counselors offer assistance with insurance choice counseling as well as issue resolution and advocacy.

John Greene, Vice President of Congressional Affairs with NABIP
John is currently Vice President of Congressional Affairs at the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and has been their lobbyist since September 2000. He has worked on every major piece of health care legislation from TAA to the ACA. In 2005, he spearheaded legislation which expanded a program for long-term care insurance partnership policies to all states as part of the 2005 Deficit Reduction Act. He was a member of the Senate mental health parity negotiating team which led to enactment in 2008. John helped get bipartisan support for a provision to remove a $2,000 deductible cap on small group plans and got legislation passed that restored the Medicare open enrollment period. Recently, John helped repeal the Cadillac and premium taxes. 

Prior to joining NABIP, John worked for the State of Maryland as a Health Policy Analyst with the Maryland Health Care Commission. John has a Master’s in Health Services Administration from The George Washington University.
