Today's Workplace: Mutual Respect and Professional Behavior
Presented by Deborah Jeffries, SHRM-CP, PHR, CPC
As the workplace has been transitioning over the last couple of years employers have noticed troubling challenges with some manners and behaviors from employees. Focusing on eliminating negative behaviors isn’t always enough to create a happy and collaborative workplace. Employees and managers also need to learn what they should do to make their environment a respectful, friendly, and ethical one.

Etiquette helps to build trust and confidence between management and employees, between employees, and with customers and other business leaders. While a program on workplace manners and courtesy may seem like overkill, the reality is: rudeness and conflict are an epidemic costing businesses millions of dollars every year. In this program will provide attendees a variety of tips for success for a happier, healthier and compliant workplace.
