OAHU is the Oregon state chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).  OAHU's mission statement promotes access to quality care by a cooperative effort between consumers, agents, insurers, providers, the legal system and the government through effective legislation and educational programs.

NAHU will improve its members' ability to meet the health, financial and retirement security needs of all Americans through education, advocacy and professional development.

NAHU represents licensed health insurance agents, brokers, consultants and benefit professionals who serve the health insurance needs of employers and individuals seeking health insurance coverage.
